Motor + technology.
For eight years I designed interiors. My job was to look at how people moved through a space and remove whatever got in their way. In 2026 I moved into car sales and found a different kind of space that needed the same work.
The cars were electric. The paperwork was not. One customer's details were typed into a sales order, then an insurance form, then an invoice, then a cancellation form if plans changed. Every customer had their own scattered files. Number plate orders lived in chat messages. Nobody could see the whole picture.
So I started fixing it at night. A spreadsheet that filled four documents from one entry. A tracker for every EV plate the company ordered. Each small tool gave back a few hours. Colleagues started asking for them too.
Motix is where those tools grow up. The name joins motor and technology, and the aim is simple: build the software dealerships should have had already, designed by someone who uses it on the showroom floor.
